# TEST figma find patient information?

## This article will you help staff to navigate patient information within the EngagedMD Portal.

#### **View Patient Record**

1\. View a patient's record by utilizing the search bar at the top of the homepage.

2\. Enter a patient’s name, email, or MPI to find and select a patient record.

3\. After selecting the record, the patient record appears, displaying patient information (Patient ID, Birth Date, Phone, Email address, and Active Related Patient).
