# How do I set Markup Off on my forms?

## By default, the Markup function is on for all forms. Clinics can turn Markup off as needed, which allows for greater clinic-level control of their form preferences.

### **Steps:**

1\. Access **Library** \> **Forms** \> Choose a Form 

2. **Configure** \> **Actions** \> **Advanced** **Options**

3\. Uncheck "Recipients can edit documents" to turn Markup off for the form. 

4\. Repeat on each form as needed.
